Our Kickboxing sessions incorporate cardio vascular fitness and strength training as well as punching and kicking techniques. We welcome all abilities to come and join us, especially those just starting out on their Martial Arts journey.

Our Kickboxing syllabus at Nexus Martial Arts includes:

  • Boxing techniques

  • Kicking techniques

  • Punch bag and pad work

  • Skipping

  • Continuous fighting

  • Self defence​​​

Our Kickboxing grades are held three times a year and our regular technical courses leading up to the grades prepare and ensure each student’s readiness to take their grade.
