Our ladies only Kickboxing classes are just for women! Some women attend these sessions after pregnancy, others choose to train in an all ladies environment. There’s something great about women working together with a mutual understanding about common strengths, challenges and body wish lists!

Circuit training, pad-work fitness, punching and kicking techniques, stretching and flexibility training and self defence are all on the agenda as well as sparring for those who would like to – come and try for yourself!
