We offer Personal Training Programmes specifically tailored to meet your needs, either individually or in small groups. Personal Training is totally geared towards fitting in with your lifestyle and can be held in our fully equipped Studio or at a location convenient for you.

Maybe you’ve become bored and lack motivation with your current exercise regime? Maybe you’ve reached a level where you feel you’ve plateaued and need guidance as to where to go next? Personal Training is for you!

Our Personal Training services give you clear direction through assessment, a structured training programme, and by setting achievable goals and manageable objectives. And most importantly we keep you motivated to achieve results.

All our Personal Training Programmes include a FREE initial 45 minute consultation. 

Our prices include:

  1. Your one-hour personal training session

  2. Provision of all the necessary fitness equipment and fitness testing

  3. Goal setting and monitoring, programme design and regular progress updates

  4. Pre-planning of all training sessions

  5. On-going weight management, nutritional advice and food diary analysis

  6. E-mail and phone support throughout the course of your training

 

All sessions are payable in advance.

All sales are non-refundable. 24 hours notice of a cancellation is required otherwise 50% of the

session fee will be payable.
