I started training with Anthony and Laura when I was 6 years old back in 1996. They were both always so encouraging and I soon became accustomed to training on a regular basis from such a young age. I was impressed with the knowledge and passion of the traditional element of Kung Fu, and I was soon thriving on the challenge of progressing within the sport.
